I often see this little lost duck whilst out walking; he's sitting amongst the grass on a nature strip not far from home. I have no idea how he came to be where he is, but he always puts a smile on my face and plants a seed of intrigue in my mind, where did he come from, why has he been left there and what has he seen?

Toddler Pace

A stroll along Koala walk at extreme toddler pace this afternoon allowed time for admiring the delicate foliage of the Casuarina and the range of colours that it can display.
Wet from the morning rain and with the sun sneaking through I couldn't help but get the camera out.

Thanks for stopping by............

I am having a tiny celebration here tonight as this little blog of mine has had its 1000th visitor.

A big thank you to you all, my family, my friends old and new, and to those of you who I don’t know but who have joined me for the ride.

Thank you for your emails and comments of support and encouragement.
